There are a few ways you can do file transfer...
1. The cdrom solution. An external scsi ii cdrom would do the trick quite nicely.
2. Null modem connection, connecting the serial ports from the atari to the pc. Maximum speed transfer 115Kbps, you can use ghostlink for the software. It is also possible to establish a real network to your pc through the serial port or a telnet connection. Samba has been ported from unix to MiNT. Cost of a null modem cable about 1.5Euros
3 Parallel transfer. There s PARCP and a new piece of software, falcxfer. You need to make the cable though so some skills in soldering wires are required. Falcxfer can be found here:

4. Daynaport scsi ethernet:

5. Ethernec or similar. These are devices connected to the romport located to the left side of your falcon.
