Falcon has a standard RS232 serial port and a RS422 serial port which you can drive at 115200 bps each.

As pointed out; http://hardware.atari.org/ the new version of EtherNEC (called Netusbee) will soon be produced, with USB thrown in as well.
However, in my opinion the TOS TCP/IP-stacks together with client/servers are really not up for any good experience. You more or less need FreeMiNT for comfortable networking (and afaik there's no samba for TOS). To use FreeMiNT on a humble 030/16 with 14MB memory is a bit on the the edge as well.
