Umm. Are you sure it's an ICD board? Does the PCB board actually say "ICD"?
I thought Protars used custom made boards that they designed themselves. Thus, the ICD drivers won't work on non-ICD interfaces. I recall that you must use the Protar Hard Disk Driver to work with a Protar drive.
