I think it's very similar to the Phantom. The Phantom came with a 44.1Khz clock for the audio, which was very handy. I've managed to get the Nemesis working with a Mightysonic at full speed (50Mhz CPU,25MHz bus), which included quite a bit of hacking of the MightySonic. But it appears Fastram logic is not fast enough on the MS.
