1st dont plug in the disk A or B.
it will default to the main screen ( it takes a bit of time).
if it will not boot, most likely its the powersupply. red is 5volt, black is negetive
blue is 12v. if the 12volt is not correct the drive will not spin.
try replacing (power supply) with one from the 520st.
you will need to exchange the metal braket that holds the power supply bord.
or use a external IBM using the plug from the bad power supply connect the 5 volt red to red, black to black negitive yellow to blue,12volt.
