It means it has the older Happy ROM version.

When the Happy menu loads, and before selecting the Sector Copier, enable U.S. EMU for that drive (should be in the Options menu). Then you will get USPD for this drive as well.

Btw, I'd love to get a dump of that (older) ROM.
