1. How did you enter the DNS in resolv.conf ? It should be like:
nameserver xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

2. Is your PPP "server" acting as a gateway for the PPP over to the internet ? Just having a p2p working doesn't give you internet routing :)

More than this I don't know, it's been too long and I'm too old ;-)
