Don't be, I just had a memory violation, pid(0) MiNT killed. Operating system killed. You have to reboot the system. At the time I was running MiNT, NVDI, pppd, an irc client and I was trying to play a song in Falcamp...
It's strange that most DSP apps are the ones that crash... But the DSP is working fine in single TOS.
