Although the coding needed to do it would be fairly straight forward I would have thought, the chances of such a thing being needed would be slim.
Sort of like Mounting an ISO image, but for floppies.
The problem we have is more down to that .ST and .MSA files are quite often used for GAMES... 9 times out of 10, the ST needs to be booted up with the floppies in the drive in order to get the software to run properly.
It would really be close to a waste of time to do such a program, although there would be benefits, these benefits would be limited to a very small minorty of users.
