Sorry, Im typing before I think.
The AUDIO issues I dont have.
I think this is because Im only using simple small AIF Samples rather than recoding D2D.
Also why Im hoping that I can go to IDE fully for my HD needs.
Bad SCSI or Disk Transfers.
Again, not normally... Im only having these issues while I am backing up my Compact Flash card on the IDE Line, to the 4GB HD on the SCSI Line.
Its a single 4GB FAT32 Partition that was created under Windows.
The more concerning thing was that the last time I backed everythign up, I used a single 1GB HD and while it quite probably did hang once or twice during the whole process, that was it.... Just once or twice... Now, I have been tryign to back up my G: for 3 days alone... After 20 or 30 hangs, you get peeved no matter how patient you are.
Anyway, what I am saying is that the H/W Mod you told me about will quite probably cure my issues and let me backup my data, however, by the time I do fit the mod, the chance are that I would have copied the files over anyway, plus as I wont be using SCSI as much, I probably wont come across the problem again?
