I'm not sure right now ... I think most disk drives are
fixed to ID 0 and the ST needs ID 1 - or was it the other
way round ?

Anyhow, any drive with a selectable ID will do, but of
course only in DD mode unless you modify your ST. A
MegaST will require an AJAX floppy controller, some
soldering to feed it 16MHz and ideally TOS 2.06 to
correctly auto-detect step rates to run an HD drive.
