I Don't know how much a second hand Jag is, but you can get one for about £40 at Telegames (www.telegames.com for American one, www.telegames.co.uk for the British one). They also sell Jag games pretty cheap, and Lynxes as well.

I got mine for £40 with 3 games. Which is nice.
