It has absolutely nothing working - no fan, video or disk drive. Using an SC1224. The Mega ST has a digdesign board in it. No idea what that is (connected to the Mega Bus).

So your machine gets the fan to work, without the keyboard plugged in? That would be a starting point for me to use a benchmark.
