I think what you seem like you are missing is simply the standard 19-Pin D-TYPE to 50-Pin Centronics.

Unless Im completely mistaken, this is the same cable that the TT uses ( or at least thats the one I use for my TT anyway ) Im sure... Just been sucha long time since I counted the pins?
