In the 810 happy, the upgrade consisted of removing the daughter board from the 810 side board, then removing one chip on the side board and 2 chips on the daughter board then plugging the daughter board back into the side board...

Only one of the chips (on the daughter board) was the actual Happy firmware.)

That is the chip you need to upgrade.. remove the daughter board and replace the old Happy firmware with the newer one.. that's it..
