This is the worry that I am getting.
Sure, BigDOS, gives 2GB support in TOS right...
Magic also gives 2GB support.
Now, is this 2GB as FAT of FAT32?
I do feel comfortable to assume that BigDOS partitions are the same as the Magic ones, i.e. they are written with HDDRiver to actually create the partitions, but then is MiNT also going to be the same?
I have dug out some paperwork on the Filesystems on TOS, TOS+BigDOS, Magic 5/6 and MiNT ( 1.14 ) and I will have a look to see if I can see anything obvious / not so obvious and I suppose the only thing I can do, is simply format a 2GB Drive as a large single "TEST" Drive and use it on all the O/Ses that have R/W access and simply to see if it does indeed seem to be safe or not?
