I've got both installed on my Falcon. There may be some modifications that need to be made, though. If your Nemesis comes with the buffer modification, that might need to come out, the trace cut repaired, a wire soldered on, and a few small resistors replaced if they were removed from the Nemesis install. That's if it doesn't just work right away, or if it's unstable. You may not be able to use the 20MHz speed (Nemesis's lower speed). Some have been able to, but I can't without an immediate full-blown crash.
