1. TOS has issues with 68010.
2. 68008 is the 8 bit version of the 68k family.
3. The first 68k to have the FPU built in was the 68040.
The CPU itself does not determine the clockspeed. That's only a maximum speed rating. There is a hack that double-clocks the CPU while it's not accessing the bus, but I highly doubt it would give you much more than a 5-10% speed increase.
