Hi Steve,
I'm a recent Maine transplant---15years ago. Before coming to the cold north I used to live on Martha's Vineyard at which time I was an Atari dealer. Gu many things thru my shop---815 were some of them. Never sold as price was way to high at the time. I'm gonna keep them along with the complete line I had on display. The problem with Atari was they wanted the dealer to fork out a lot of cash for parts, equipment, and all that stuff. What I paid them on a computer was the same price that KMart and some of the others were selling for. I still had to honor the warnty even tho I didn't sell the machine. But so much for that. I got my Happy from a copier house in Texas, was not a "Happy" but was the same right down to the shape etc. Provide them with 10 copies of programs and you got credit to wards other gear. I've got about 6 850s kicking around as well as other complete systems.
Gotta check out but good luck with your battle on Happy drives.
Atari-ly yours--Dave
