The contents have indeed gone a little "Flakey" and then went nuts so it booted up in LoRes, so yes, I nuked the NVRAM.

It went again shortly afterwards and so, I have swapped it over for the second Maxim/Dallas Chip and so far its not been too bad... Its keeping the settings it can.
