When I turn the XF551 drive on, the green power LED blinks faintly, but doesn't stay on, so when I turn it off the green power LED flashes brightly and then goes off. Since I have 2 XFs I tried interchanging drive mechs and PCBs, but no go. Both drives behave the exact same way. I checked the SIO ports and no broken connections.
