Yes, and for what its worth.
In the past, I have used the SIL resistor arrays as present on many HDs, I have also a number of drives that have a termination jumper or even a switch, but now, I have opted for having absolutely no Termination on the drives themselves, but rather the end of the cable is now terminated.
I currently have an internal "ACTIVE" one on the Cable, and this works fine on the Falcon. This gives me termination at both ends of the chain, and it seems to have cured all my SCSI Issues on the Falcon.
The TT however I do have a 4GB internal drive and that IS terminated on the drive itself, and no other device is terminated, nor the Cable either.
It works fine and it works whether I have the external case on or off
So, two different ways to the same end maybe?
