The SCSI ID was set to 1 so I had to make changes in the Devices and Partion Section to reflect that. I wish there was an english manual for HDDriver, as I am guessing alot to get this to work (the help is in English but it is lacking). There is a link that helps some at - http://joo.kie.sk/ultrasatan/hddriver/ - while the instructions are not an exact match for my system it helped me understand what I was missing.
