Of course you can compile Atari800 on a Coldfire.
But you seem to misunderstand one important point:
The Coldfire Atari clone is _not_ emulating an Atari ST/TT,
it _is_ one. It neither emulates the 680x0 CPU nor any of
the required peripherals.
It does not contain any 6502 compatible CPU nor the video
or audio hardware of an Atari 8-Bit machine though.
