Ah, I understand now. Although what I do not understand, is after all this time, would it cost that much more to put an on board 6502 chip for true 6502 emulation?
The reason I ask is it would tie in the entire Atari computer product line, which was the goal of the original Atari before the Tramiels took over and drove a wedge between 8bit and 16bit. It would be nice to finally see the two lines together in one unit as was intended! To abandon the 8bit line completely was a fatal mistake. When will someone do it right and make up for all that the Tramiels trashed! :)
