RJ12 ?

But, I thought...

Anyway, after some digging about in my cables boxes, sure enough, I find that I have packs of RJ12 cables too, so, I have compared them and I find that the Rj11 is 4pin and the RJ12 is 6 and that the RJ11 can physically fit into the RJ12 and so, thats quite possibly why I realised that I was confused about something... That must be it??

Anyway, I have used the RJ12 cable however it has not cured my problem.

My Qwertyx does not seem to be fully working.

If I dont have the thing connected then the Flacon says that there is a Keyboard not Present and if it IS connected, then it starts the Falcon as soon as it tests the RAM.

(CT63 @ 90Mhz is that makes any difference?)

Have not had much time today to do some other tests, with the kids home so later on I have a few thigns to also try out.

I will try the TT Keyboard tonight with the little adapter thingy ( only has 4 pins ) and also I will try the Qwertyx on the TT again.

I am not sure, Im not actually convinced that I have ever used the Qwerrtyx on the Falcon at all?

Anyway, the Qwertyx light comes on so its not totally dead... Im wondering if the bnit that goes from the Falcon header to the RJ12 socket is teh right one??? - did I get 2 different ones? Im sure the one I have been using in the past has blue wires because this one I have now has black????
