Puts me in mind of my STe upgrade to 4 megs (from 1meg) in 1994, cost me $220 + tax, the ram being so costly apparantly due to a fire in a factory where they were made making them less common at the time. Like all things digital those simms are much less. Got some at a hamfest a couple years ago $5 for couple boxes with dozens of them.
