The SoundCard is very very close to the old Creative SoundBlaster 64 / 128
There are a few models of the PCI64 that are 1370 and the 1371 kind of went towards the PCI128
The ES 1371 original card however was ensoniq, and Creative bought them out.
So, you might want to try a few different cards out?
They may be 1371 based but I think you will find that many 1370, 1371 and 1373 cards are fairly compatible... Not all but many.
As another option, I have a few old SoundCards... I wil be happy to post you a couple of them if you wish? They still work on a PC and I will happily check them before posting so avoid wasting your time.
