Adapting the Flacon is the easiest Atari to get to work with a PC Power Supply.
Have a look here

I kind of half arsed started to write the instructions but jus tnever got round to it, simply because its just so simple.
Once you know how though.
As you will see from the pictures, of the Falcons Power Supply and the wires, there is only 3 basic wires you need 12v, 5v and GND and sure, there is a few of each, but a PC PSU provides them all.
Now, with a standard PC PSU, you will need to short the GREEN wire with a BLACK wire in order to keep the power on ok?
So, use a switch there to provide you with a power switch for the falcon and you are done.
Any questions just ask, but seriouly it can be done in 5 minutes... The only bad news is the falcons power connector, but hey, solder the wires very carefully and you wont ruin the current pins?
