I don't know. You can configure various functions to the
right-click in the options dialogue. Maybe the configuration
is corrupt ?

Also, i am not an expert on GEM programming but i think
CAB has an internal function to display pop-up menus
rather than use the AES-function introduced in AES 4.
Then, it could simply be a bug in CAB that somehow
depends on your configuration to show.
