Its ok, its done.

I compared the 4MB with the 16MB and the plastic sides have been taken off the 4MB one... On closer inspection, I see that the 16MB one which didnt feel too clever in teh first place, was not actually fitting properly at all... Since the older TT is one of the 16Mhz ones upgraded to 32Mhz, you can see the daughterboard is pressed up against the port for the TT RAM.

I have now broken off the plastic bits and it fits like a glove. Job done.

Dont need to worry about the German to English ROMs now.
