The MK-I was just a standard Falcon rebadged.
The MK-II had an internal 2.5" SCSI drive instead of an IDE drive
The MK-X was in the coolest looking desktop case i have seen. It's still up there in coolness IMO. :) (yes, I have one :) ) I don't remember if it had internal IDE or SCSI. The 1/8" jacks were removed and replaced with 1/4" jacks for audio in and out. There was room for an internal FDI, 3.5" HD, floppy drive and whatever expansion card you can fit. A CT60 fits well.
