He said FREE. For anyone within reasonable driving time its a good deal. The only cost would be some time and some gas and it's not just a machine, it's a bunch of other items with it.
I agree the ones that offered up plane tickets was excessive. Especially fatrakoon who fairly recently claimed he could not even afford to send his falcon off to Czuba for repair, now suddenly has 2 way air fare. :P
By your own logic aranym has zero advantage compared to a falcon (ie: games and demos).
To each his own, aranym feels like totally fake to me.
