Nope. What you're referring to is a Gameport<>MIDI adapter. The Hades has ACIA-based MIDI ports just like a standard Atari machine, but you need a breakout-cable for it (it's a passive device and if it's not included with your Hades you can probably make your own really easy. Unfortunately I don't have any info about pinouts etc for you).
