i'm sorry, man but i don't know the manufacturer of the card!
but i can discribe it cause it looks very strange! the 24 chips are mounted 90° angeled...
it has three connectors, two with 8 pins at the sides and one in the middle with 23 pins. the 23 pin connector is connected to the resistors in front of the ST MMU.
