I think this guy could provide the main reason for Sony to drop Linux support. I can understand their decision from this point of view. To be honest, we may say that this decision was made due to some unfair users ;) It's strange statement, but describes quite well what I feel about this situation.
Well, I liked having Linux on board on PS3. It was not a daemon of speed, but still very usable feature. Of course, also because you could emulate some other, simpler machines (ST with Hatari, 2600 with Stella, 400/800/XL/XE with Atari800 and Commodore products with VICE or even more platforms - I haven't tried too much).
Anyway, I don't have PSP, but there is CaSTaway which is ST emulator available.
