Possibly the reason you have lost your CD is due to an ID conflict between the Ezflyer and the CD drive, presuming they are both SCSI devices. You can change the id on the Ezflyer by holding down one of the buttons on the front on power on and then pressing the other one the amount of times to set the number of the ID iirc. If you look carefully you can see the lights at the front giving you the SCSI id of the device, when you do this. Or you could just change the id of the CDROM.
