You would need STIK or STING to set up the machine, HS MODEM to set up your serial ports. The above are freeware.
You would then need an Internet Browser. At the moment CAB is the probably the browser of choice. There is also Draconis and there will soon be released a freeware browser. There are probably others and no doubt someone more competent can comment further.
