If it's really the overlapping signals that confuse your TV (actually, they shouldn't because they are synchronous), you can try and simply remove the composite pins on the SCART connector.

If you can borrow one, you could also try and connect a simple STF. As far as i recall, they usually didn't have composite.
Not that helpful i'm afraid. I stumbled over this document,
