Vido is right, 1.29b was the latest version spread by Thomas Binder. It seems to be under the GPL now:

Downloads seem hard to find. I could locate 1.26:

http://193.166.3.2/pub/atari/sysutil/

Otherwise, you probably have to wait until Thing is published as described on the ACP page.
