 Subject: Falcon drive problems

Have a Falcon just out of storage after several years and will not recognize Hard Disk or Floppy. Trying to boot from Floppy "A" returns an error message. Will not read any files on Floppy "A" either. Any place to learn what, where, how to replace both drives?
