If you can find the software that you want
for the Atari, then for sure, Go Atari.
I'm trying to get an Atari clone here in the States & can't, but I'd buy one or three
in a minute! I have 5 Macs & 3 PCs, and the
cost of updateing both types is considerable,
and nearly essential to keeping the things running.
I'm not a musician, but have a Falcon with cubase, that seems pretty complete for music, (know a couple of bands that use Falcons).
Graphic wise, I do almost all of it on my TT/030 with Das Pict, STD Photo, & Retouche. The Ataris do what I want when I want, the way I want. I have Illustrator and Photoshop, on the PCs & Macs but never ever use them as even though thet'er powerful they both seem that you have to devote your Life to learning either one of them.
