You will need to get it shipped over there I think, I am in the UK and I have been looking at getting one from France - I do not know when an English version will be out (I think early next year) so I have been looking at a German version as you can change it later on.
There are a few Milan II about but they are the first batch, A Pak are moving them but I do not think they will send them abroad so I am probably going to go to Paris to pick one up. If you do not mind paying French TAX (I think it is at 19.5 % at present) then I am happy to post one off to you when I get there.
