Its possible to completely strip the keyboard down, and clean it using alcohol.

Be carefull though, there are something like 36 tiny screws, and they can easily get lost, and when you do get them off, you have small rubber cups, and some will stay on one peice, and some on the other, so I guarantee you will loose a couple, so be carefull.

When you have all the cups sorted out, gently wipe everything getting any dust from wherever, and when you have done, be very careful when you are putting the cups back, as they can get pinched funny, and it can ruin them.

Its a complex job for the first time, but once you see how easy it is, it'll take you 10 minutes without thinking.

This is no guarantee that it will cure it though! - the cup things may actually be worn out! - then its a replacement job
