Best reviews: Alien vs. Predator, Doom, Tempest 2000, Battlemorph, Highlander
Worse reviews: Checkered Flag, Club Drive, Crescent Galaxy
If you understand a little bit German take a look at the STC archive (http://stcarchiv.atari.org). There are reviews of almost every Jag game.
I'd also avoid those 16 bit quality games like Fever Pitch Soccer or Syndicate. They don't use the full potential of the Jaguar.
