Try the Phantom SE... it's a Nemesis clone by the look of things, so the Videlity screen enhancer should work, and the SE version also comes with a fit-and-forget 44kHz clock too...b.est of all it is pretty inexpensive...
There's no multi-tasking OS you can use with Cubase (cos it is a multi-tasking OS itself via MROS), SoundPool stuff can be cranky about screen expanders, but seem sto like Nemesis style accelerators OK, I use CDR Pro 3 and I always run it in monochrome 640x480 with Nemesis on my Falcon, it doesn't seem to get on with my Eclipse card....which would be your other alternative of course....a graphics card....
