Depends on what MIDI program you´re using,
and what file format the work is saved in.
If they are .MID files, saved with Cubase, then
any hardware sequencer should be able to read
those files directly from that disks. Then you
can save the MID file again, on a peesee disk.
And, IF the ST happens to be a STE, then any
peesee should be able to read the disks, too.
Worth a try, anyway
