Well... Try this...

Unplug the Jag from the power supply, then turn it on with a cartridge in it. This will
make sure that the capacitors are drained of power. Now,
take a q-tip dipped in denatured alcohol, and clean the cartridge port contacts.
clean the cartridges, too. Leave the Jag and the
carts for about an hour and a half, to make sure they are
dried out, then try it. It worked with mine, so maybe it'll help yours, too!
