Ultamite(or Ubiquitous, or Unix, etc.) Amiga Emulator. Completely useless, of course, unless you buy a CD full of crap for about $50 from the Amiga company.
Now, since UAE is open source(not the ROMs, though), it can be used in another 68K based emulator, such as an Atari emulator. And since UAE is on every system imaginable(even the Amiga itself :P), it would be simply a matter of altering a few routines here and an algorithim there and you've got a TT emulator.
I myself am currently involved in a project to emulate the AT&T Unix PC(68010-based) using the UAE core(sadly, I don't think it's going anywhere).
The only problem is that, if the TT or Falcon uses a MMU(memory management unit), then that would have to be added in, as UAE doesn't have an MMU.
