There is none - neither for the PC nor for the ST. But there were some 68030 accelerator cards available for the ST which allow some 030 specific programs to run.

We used to run it on an old 286 at school. It's a good thing it is now GPL.

They are indeed portable and if someone would modify the compiler libraries you could even do some cross platform programming on the ST for the PC.
The only problem is that GEM-PC and GEM-ST went seperate ways so although they have a lot in common, they also have a lot of differences.
